Zoom for music instruction

I have had a few music instructors mention to me that they can not hear the piano while their student is playing. Saturday I attended a Piano Technician seminar using Zoom. At the end, one of the technicians played a song for us. My audio was dropping notes. Not all but quite a few. I called a friend who teaches piano using Zoom and she passed on a youtube video on setting up Zoom for teaching. There is a setting that cancels background noise. If you don't turn that off the software will cut off notes.
